• Abstracts can only be submitted via the online submission system. You can access the system to enter your abstract after creating a new user account.
  • Each participant will be allowed to submit up to maximum two abstracts to the congress.
  • The congress languages are Turkish and English. Participants attending the congress can present their papers in Turkish or English. However, all abstracts must be submitted only in English.
  • Paper presentations in the congress will be scheduled in parallel sessions. Each session will include four or five paper presentations on similar themes, each lasting 15 minutes, and some time for discussion.
  • After the review process, all abstracts submitted for in the congress will be published electronically. Participants attending the congress can submit their full papers for publication. After the review process, the selected papers will be published as e-proceedings.

Abstract Writing Guidelines

  • The abstract title should be no more than 14 words in length and it should not contain abbreviations.
  • The word limit for abstracts is between 750-1000 and abstracts should contain the following parts:
    • Problem and theoretical framework (300-400 words)
    • Methodology (150-200 words)
    • Expected outcomes/ results (150-200 words)
    • References (150-200 words)
  • Abstracts should contain 3-5 keywords.
  • Each source cited in the abstract should appear in the reference list.
  • Abstracts should not contain tables or graphs.
  • Abstracts should be written according to the APA 6th style.
